Monica is such a sweet woman who really takes the time to listen to my thoughts, concerns, stories, and rants! I can tell that with just two sessions, she has a plan to help me with what I need. She is quick to respond to my messages and sends me daily journal prompts to answer if I choose to. Monica is great at her job and made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
