About me

Hello and Welcome! I know that seeking counseling takes courage and can be scary. Give yourself a pat on the back for taking this step.
I am a Christian and a Christian counselor. I am not here to replace your pastor or your church support. Rather, I am here to provide professional counseling with a Faith perspective. Prayer can be part of our sessions together…. or not. This is up to you.

My approach is client-centered, which means it’s all about you. I do not have a pre-conceived agenda or formula. I will listen to your concerns and ask you what your goals are, and we’ll start there. If you aren’t even sure about your goals, that’s ok too, we’ll work together to sort things out. My approach is warm, caring, genuine and non-judgmental. I will not give pat answers or advice. You probably have already heard them all. Instead, I will work with you to look at what needs to change and provide support as you work on those changes. We will work together as you work on the concerns that brought you here.

I have experience with many areas of concern, such as depression, stress, family issues, coping with health issues, abuse and trauma, grief and loss. I have a vast background in child mental health and working/consulting with parents who seek help with parenting. I am also a Registered Nurse, although this is not a medical site. I mention I’m a nurse as the two careers have given me amazing opportunities to work with people in a wide variety of settings. The best part of my Nursing career was Hospice nursing, where I learned to be a great listener and walked with families through some of their most difficult moments.
I have a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan, and I currently live in Michigan. I check messages 3-4 times a day Monday through Friday and will get back to you as soon as possible. Having said that, please let me know if my schedule does not fit your needs and I will try to work out a time that works for the both of us.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Pam Grzech . We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.

Pam is so compassionate and was always willing to hear me out. She listened to me when I needed to vent and she also had helpful input. She would give me practical "homework" to help me continue thinking on difficult topics after our sessions.
I also really appreciated the tone of her voice.
Thank you, Pam ♡

Pam is seriously a life saver! She always is there to help and encourage me to find solutions to things that I am feeling and going through. With that being said she is also great at listening and just letting me vent with no judgment! It took me a few different therapists to find someone who I felt comfortable sharing things with. I am just glad I found Pam.

Work with me!
