About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana and Texas with over 15 years of experience in mental health and counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings with clients from different backgrounds and with many different issues and challenges. I am here to meet you where you are without judgement and help you to discover the tools to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach is honest and direct, while respectful, and I will encourage you to look at whatever challenges you face in new ways. It is important that your experience in therapy is collaborative and that we find solutions that work for you.
