About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana and Texas with over 15 years of experience in mental health and counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings with clients from different backgrounds and with many different issues and challenges. I am here to meet you where you are without judgement and help you to discover the tools to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach is honest and direct, while respectful, and I will encourage you to look at whatever challenges you face in new ways. It is important that your experience in therapy is collaborative and that we find solutions that work for you.

You may be facing a major change in your life, dealing with grief or loss, going through divorce, remarriage, or struggling with parenting or relationship issues. We can work together to find the tools that will help you to navigate these changes. You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, fatigue, or burnout. It takes courage to seek help, and I am committed to meeting you where you are on your faith journey.

Rachel is great! She’s a great listener and she does her best to meet you with where you’re at. She takes the time to talk through what you’re going through with you, and she gives you helpful tools on how to deal with the struggles you’re facing.
