About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication problems, marital issues, aging and geriatric issues; caregiver issues and stress; life purpose issues, and hospice and end of life issues among others.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I view therapy as an equal partnership. This partnership promotes mutual respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and a non judgmental atmosphere in which to discuss the problems you are currently facing. . My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy predominately and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will meet your unique and specific needs.
