About me

I have been a licensed counselor in Colorado for 17 years. I have also served as adjunct faculty at Naropa University, Iliff School of Theology, and the Benet Hill Spiritual Formation Program. I also serve as a co-leader with my husband Brad leading small pilgrimage groups seeking meaningful experiences in Spain, Ireland, Scotland, and The Republic of Georgia. One of the reasons I came to be a therapist was the experience of losing our young son to brain cancer.

I have been privileged to work with a variety of clients seeking clarity, connection, and compassion for healing. Whether you are struggling with relationships with others or are in a troubled relationship with yourself, your body and your life experiences, I would be privileged to offer my professional support and resources. If you long to deepen your aliveness and practice new skills to support your growth and healing, please reach out to me. I look forward to meeting you.
