She brings her expertise to every session. Encouraging, respectful and caring.

Dr. Day was my first therapist, and she left upon me a very solid impression of the benefits therapy can offer. She listened, but most importantly to me, she offered tools and resources that I could use on my own time to learn about various psychology concepts, frameworks, etc. Big thanks to her for those early sessions. Highly recommend.
