I am a licensed clinical social worker, independently licensed in Arizona, South Carolina, and Michigan with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, drug and alcohol struggles, relationship issues, life adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced thoughts of suicide and hopelessness. I am also a Christian, and have had great success with helping Christian clients work through trauma and decrease their depression and anxiety, by using their faith to strengthen and encourage them, along with teaching coping skills and providing psychoeducation.
I believe that feeling safe, supported, and non-judged are essential in building a successful working relationship, and treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. You are not a label. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that meets your specific goals and needs. My therapeutic style combines culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches using cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
It takes courage to build a happier and healthier life. You can do it! You can create the life you've dreamed of, by taking one small step at a time, day-by-day. If you are ready to start your personal journey to feeling better and happier, I am here to support and empower you through the therapeutic process : ).
I look forward to working with you and seeing you achieve your best life!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Anderson. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.
I was nervous about being paired with a therapist at first but I was paired with Sarah and it has been such a possitive experience. She is very easy to talk to, I appreciate her supportive and kind nature, and I am so appreciative of her professional opinion. I really look forward to our session each week.
She is great!! She has helped me tremendously in only two weeks!!
I enjoy talking with Sarah in the video session. I believe she understands what is going on with me and she has a game plan to help.
