About Me

We all go through times in life that are simply put, “Just plain hard!”. Times where we need some answers, a change, a safe place to make personal discoveries or receive extra support. Whether you are dealing with a major life event, a sense of searching or feeling lost, dissatisfaction with important relationships, frustration with your current life circumstances, difficult to manage emotions, codependency, parenting concerns, spiritual or identity struggles, or simply feeling stuck in the past, I can help you find your way.
With more than 15 years of experience, I have developed a realistic, relationship focused, love based approach that offers you hope and healing. My name is Sarah, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri with specialized, extensive training and focus in the areas listed above. I was raised in the church since before I was born, but it took many years of questioning and searching in my adult years before I found a healthy balance with my faith and peace with God. I enjoy helping others who also struggle and wrestle with questions of faith and invite/welcome exploring your understanding of God in this safe space and what that means for your personal life. Together we can create the life you have always wanted. My goal is to help you find balance, peace and the courage to embrace your true self, the self that God uniquely created you to be!
Our time together will aim to strengthen your whole person, mind, body and spirit, to achieve your most optimal life. I look forward to taking this transformative journey with you!

Sarah has been incredibly helpful for several situations in my life I just couldn’t conquer on my own. In the process of overcoming some life obstacles I have also experienced personal growth, inner peace, healthier boundaries, life strategies and better insight into my children and my parenting. I am so grateful for the help she has provided me.
