Even though I’m only on my third session with Shannon, I feel like he is the right fit for my journey to internal healing from decades of generational trauma and I have hope working on myself with his insight.

Shannon is a great person that knows how to listen and how to provide really important insights.
I am driven to think about the solutions for my problems instead of having easy recipes and I couldn't be more grateful for that.
He always welcomes me with his wisdom and a smile and that is absolutely incredible.
I would recommend Shannon to anyone who really wants to change and improve themselves.

Thank you very much :)

First session was a little rough because my answers were short, but Dr. Williams was patient. And from our second session forward I felt comfortable opening up. Dr. Williams was understanding, and he helped me to understand my feelings a little better. I only stopped because of some adjustments I have to make on my end, but I hope to continue with Dr. Williams when I begin therapy again.

Mr. Williams challenges you to be better. He asks you to put your self in uncomfortable situations in order to get comfortable, which I greatly appreciate. Working with him, I feel like my confidence has gone up tremendously and I have found new ways to find healthier habits to feel happier.
