I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I also have experience working with veterans and individuals in the field of public safety.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating each person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe that each of us are individual and unique, you are the expert as to your story and what is best for you. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, interactive feedback, and mindfulness skills; I also have specialized training in the area of grief and loss, trauma informed therapy, and motivational interviewing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sharon Gilmore. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.
I have had only one session with Sharon and loving it so far. Through out the week she touch bases with me, so if I need to talk she is there.
