About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of clinical experience, currently licensed in Louisiana. I have work experience in all areas of mental health in inpatient, outpatient, home, clinic, and correctional facility environments. I have worked in medical settings from acute care hospitalization to long-term care, including dialysis, transplant, and end-of-life decisions. I have more specific experience with substance abuse/addiction issues, acute/chronic medical issues, end-of-life issues, marriage/family/relationship difficulties, domestic violence, sexual trauma, and all periods of adjustment to life and environment.

I worked with a ministry for several years that focused on "life transformation" through a strong relationship with God. I worked with men, women, and women with children to aid them in establishing a meaningful new life in Christ, and how to actively apply the valuable lessons of the bible to their daily struggles and obstacles in life. I offer compassionate care with a belief that a strong, intimate relationship with God is the foundation for achieving love, strength, and hope that has the power to "Transform" your life.
