About Me

I'm an experienced licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I have extensive clinical experience working with clients in all walks of life struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship dissatisfaction, phase of life issues, and existential crisis.

As Christians living in a fallen world, we battle between the flesh and the spirit every day. Some days, we fall short and become our worst critics. As your therapist, I will seek to extend grace to you and build you up. I will provide you with a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we will assess situations, evaluate options, and come up with the most effective approach to your problems.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and dialectical behavior therapy theories. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your personal and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that first step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
