About Me

I am a knowledgeable therapist, who takes a non judgmental, practical approach, with an understanding that we are all different. Utilizing this approach, along with evidenced-based practices and Christian principles, I educate, encourage and empower clients to increase growth and healing.

I have first-hand experience with the military culture. I am a veteran and I was a military spouse. I understand that challenges that the military can bring - from military trauma, separation due to deployment, to combat-related stress

I am currently independently licensed in the state of Kentucky, I am experienced working with individuals (male, female, teens - of all ages) with mental health disorders, depression, anxiety and issues coping with daily life stresses. and those who struggle with God's calling upon their lives.
