What is your superpower? What were you designed to do? Did you know that there is a way to "pour jet fuel" on life and future by writing your life, and making the proper declarations in keeping with Scriptural truths and your brain's wonderfully-made design? Fulfillment and walking in power are learned skills. Whether the challenge at hand is handling the changes a new life stage brings, or you're willing to ask the nonconventional questions that seem counterintuitive to faith, learning self-love/soul care, how to handle demands of mind, heart, and career looks different for each person. We will discuss different strategies so you can create or identify the one that best suits you. Developing some actionable steps to help you gauge where you are in your wants will be helpful to get you to where you want to be. When we begin, we'll discuss two to three key questions that help you see where your values and motivations are. Part of how I work with a client is by helping them leverage their own challenges, acknowledging the gap between where they are and where they want to be by introducing a new format of affirmations. You get to decide to do them prior to session, during session, or after session. None is better than the other. In your affirmations, I ask you to include specifically what you want. Then answer "Why do I want this?". The last piece to your affirmation is "What does it look like when I have what I want?" The 3 keys that take these affirmations beyond average are ensuring that you aim for what you truly want (play big). Second, you want to write your affirmation in present tense as if you already have the thing/life that you want. This creates an unmatched brain-body connection by simply thinking about your desires, or even looking at pictures of your desires. Third, write a checkbox at the beginning of all of your affirmations for regular check in. Eventually, with focus and regular review of your affirmations, your emotions will improve and you will be able to check off different affirmations.
