Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Beverley Gray. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Dr. Gray is a person that understands how to listen well and not make a person feel judged negatively for their actions and behaviors. She will help you see you, and discover the beauty within, even of it buried deep inside. She is always there for you and helps you see your circumstances clearly and you make the decision to change and be the best version of yourself. You will enjoy the time spent with Dr. Gray. I often take notes and go back and read the wisdom she imparts to me. Thank you, Dr. Gray.

First off, I really appreciate Dr Gray's ability to listen to all the things I'm saying - even if sometimes they come in a torrent of words and emotions, and provide appropriate feedback, advice or guidance. It also helps that she has such a warm and joyful personality and makes you feel safe to speak whatever's on your mind.

I didn't fully realize that I needed the kind of therapy Dr. Gray offered, but she has been a big factor, with God's Wisdom, Mercy and Grace, in my healing from severe depression.

Another thing I admire about her is that when she saw that I was already recovering, she brought up the idea of talking about whether I still needed to continue therapy. I took this as a sign of her integrity, that she wouldn't push for more therapy if I didn't need it anymore.

And lastly (at least for this review), I appreciate her flexibility in scheduling appointments. Over the recent holidays, she had planned for holiday leave but offered to make herself available in between Christmas and New Year. She also offers new schedules within the day (if she's available) in case you miss your original appointment.

Thank you, Dr. Gray. God bless you!

I love Dr. Gray's warm and caring approach to therapy. I feel seen and heard by her. I didn't know that I still needed to unburden so much from my heart, but the words just flow out during our session because she seems to have created a 'safe place'.

With her help and guidance, I look forward to developing a fresher and deeper understanding of what I need to heal, and to courageously and confidently moving forward to the fullfilled and abundant life that I seek.

Dr. Gray is very easy to talk with. She is thoughtful and encouraging. I am thankful for her Christian perspective when asked upon and love that she will pray for me at the end of our session.
