He is an excellent fit for me and had a very relaxed approach to therapy that really made me feal at ease, helping me to be vulnerable and share without fear of judgment. Charles is excellent at helping meet my mental health needs where I am at, adjusting his approach to my struggles at the time. He is always friendly and good humored. I would greatly recommend Charles to anyone, as I always leave my sessions better than I came in and the skills/techniques he teaches are able to directly benefit my life when I apply them.
