Charnell is amazing!
She is very professional and helpful
I was going through one of the toughest seasons of my life and I am so thankful I had Charnell to walk me through it. Counseling has made a tremendous impact in my life and I am a better person because of it.
Charnell is truly professional. Speaking with her on the first day felt like I have known her for years. I blurted out all the hurts I have been carrying for years just on the first day. I really look forward to having my sessions. She is great.
Charnell comes alongside and helps me patiently look at things from a different perspectives. She also uses the Bible to help keep me calm. She is very patient and never judges in the many times that I fail and make mistakes along the way.
Charnell has given a lot of practical advice, and keeps me staying focused with goals and positive thinking. Overall, I find her a very encouraging counselor and a delightful individual :).
