Crystal Crumley

About Me

I accepted Christ right when I started college and it was this that led me to my career of counseling. I even attended Lee University, a Christ centered school where I could learn my field from a Christian approach. I feel that incorporating spiritual aspects into counseling is such an asset in finding the change we need. It can be difficult to reach out for help when going through a difficult time, but I feel we all need to be heard. I feel counseling is a gift that God uses to help others who need support and need guidance in what steps to take next. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee and have 14 years of counseling experience. I have helped individuals and families with depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, grief, life changes, parenting issues, and more.

I believe in using a holistic approach, which first and foremost includes how your faith can help you reach your goals. I use a client centered approach and allow you to set goals and work at your own pace. I use different treatment modalities which include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. As I mentioned, I feel that this is what I have been called to do and that God can use counseling as a gift to so many.

I look forward to helping you in your journey.
