About Me

I have been a licensed professional counselor in Texas since 2018. Prior to becoming a counselor, I retired as a school principal. I bring an optimistic dynamic of hope and insight in my counseling sessions from a distinctively Christian perspective while respecting people of all faiths.

I welcome you to experience your own emotional healing and life renewal through the encouragement of faith-based therapy. My counseling style is conversational and casual. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, choice theory, and rational-emotive therapy. We will work together to create and follow a treatment plan that meets your unique and specific needs, which will enable you to confidently make choices that will empower you.

If you are seeking psychological or spiritual growth then I look forward to working with you.
