Ingrid has been an incredible part of my journey and has always made me feel safe and heard. Ingrid has this great aura to her where you will instantly be able to connect. She listens, understands and has a deep two-way conversation where you get to explore yourself. Highly recommended Ingrid!

Ingrid is one of the few stable, reliable, professional and consistent pieces in my life and I do trust her to listen to my life and needs and offer perspectives that will help shift. She tunes in very carefully on what my goals are and responds in kind. She remembers a LOT about what I am saying and brings that in to the next session. She knows where I struggle, and I can tell how much effort is placed into coming up with new ideas to help me bridge the gap between where I am and where I want to be in my emotional and mental health development. This is an amazing counselor.

The best therapist Ive worked with. She listens and honestly helps me work through life though situations with practical and hopeful advice. She makes herself available to me even with my busy schedule and hers. My experience with her has made me believe in therapy again. This was my last effort and very glad I gave it one more try.
