Jim is thoughtful and has good insights. I really appreciate his help in the things I am facing.
Jim has been polite, professional and timely. He repeats what I say back to me to help clarify and communicate well over a message board. He helps pick things apart and helps to set tangible goals.
Thank you for the valuable tools that I can use and make my own!
