If you are reading this you are most likely a Christian person seeking counsel about current challenges in your life and relationships. It is important to you that the counsel you receive is consistent with your faith in Jesus and Biblical truth. I completely understand, as these things are important to me as well! The last thing we want is help that is antithetical to our faith.
I have followed Jesus for many years and have raised children who have also become followers. I have been married for over 40 years. My life experiences as a Christian man, husband, and father inform my work as a therapist as much as my professional training and clinical work history.
Life can be really hard at times and being a Christian doesn't exempt us from pain and struggle. We can all benefit from the support and care offered by loving Christian counsel.
If you are facing troublesome--even overwhelming--depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, anger issues, or recovery from addiction or trauma you don't need to go it alone. There is need not be shame in asking for help!
Let's talk today. I will be happy to listen without judgement , counsel without "fixing", and pray with you if you like.
