I also want you to know a little about me, to be certain I am the counselor best suited for your needs. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation and licensed by the State of Ohio. I have experience working in the mental health field for over 20 years, helping clients achieve their goals using cognitive/behavioral, solution-focused and relational strategies. I will listen to you and help you define and reach your goals. My work experiences include: school teacher, bereavement specialist, business owner, ballroom dance instructor and mental health therapist. I have worked extensively in the following areas: stress, depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, work/life balance, adjustment to change, grief, self esteem, blended families, compassion fatigue, life transitions, career difficulties, time management, parenting and spiritual concerns.
