About Me

What Christianity means is hope and faith. Jesus taught compassion which is a core principle to guide us. When so many different messages are in the world, it can be confusing who to trust. I employ these core principles in my work as a therapist which were taught to me as a child when I was raised in the Methodist faith.

My name is Judith Andrews and I am a Clinical Social Worker with a Master Degree. I live with my family and my therapy dog. My work experience over 20 years includes treating people with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, parenting and family conflicts, and other concerns in order to bring about a healthier and more fulfilling experience in their lives.

If you are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist, I may be the one for you. We will work together to develop the goal and focus of the work and we will find a pace that is comfortable for you. You are not alone. I would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you.

Judith Andrews helped me through an extremely tough time in my life. With her guidance, I developed a toolkit for coping with my anxiety, setting boundaries and becoming more mindful. She was a great match and her words of wisdom really resonated with me. Judith was compassionate and insightful and, best of all, had a wonderful sense of humor that helped me to see my situation in a more positive light. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.

Judith has been a pleasure to speak with. She has given me many wise statements which have helped me during a very anxious and stressful time. She is very sensitive to my issues and I have felt extremely comfortable in talking to her about very painful things in my life. I would recommend Judith very highly!
