Keynia Hardley

About Me

People have always told me, "You're so easy to talk to," and I have taken that to mean, I have a gift of wise counsel that helps people open up and share their lives with the hope of gaining much needed support. My gratitude to God for this gift can't be overstated in that I know he has chosen to allow me to pour into the lives of his people and be a conduit for healing. I entered this profession with a heart to help the people God would send to me, and I am able to integrate my faith and clinical insight to deal with some of the most difficult aspects of life that come our way.
Individuals who desire to focus on personal growth and the development needed for improved self love and interpersonal relationships tend to seek me as a therapist. I embody compassion for people and the struggles they have that bring them into our offices, and I easily connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds. My approach is quite eclectic in that along the therapeutic journey I will intermingle concepts from a number of models to help my clients arrive at their specific goals and cater to their unique needs. I believe in meeting people right where they are, and helping them move toward a better sense of self. I enjoy helping to heal the broken parts for young people that manifest as withdrawal, stress, poor self confidence, rebellion, and other negative presentations.
One of my specialties is helping couples improve communication, intimacy, family issues, and how they relate to each other. Couples often get caught up in destructive cycles that create great frustration for them. They find themselves unable to talk, be intimate and relate to each other as desired. This can have severe implications not only for the couple, but the whole family. My work is the perfect integration of education, 18+ years of marriage, 6 birth children, 15 years of teaching special education, and a lifetime of experience!
Overall, I sincerely believe one of my purposes is to help restore families to the way God designed them.

She is the best! Dr. Hardley listens and does not judge. She makes talking so easy and always knows what to say to redirect my thoughts! I enjoy our sessions!

We’ve only had two sessions so far and I already feel so supported and listened to. I’m really looking forward to the future and how much of a difference Keynia can help me make.
