Hello! Seeking help is often difficult and overwhelming. I am here to be a support to you in this process and be a guide to better your well being. It is important to know that I respect all my clients and wherever their life has taken them and will take them! I value the therapeutic relationship and will do my very best to give you the help you need. I believe that faith is a major part of the healing process and like to incorporate Christ into the counseling sessions.
I have had successful experience in addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, family crisis, couples counseling, and other areas of practice.
I have practiced as a counselor since graduating with my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I currently practice in a private practice setting and on BetterHelp. Previous to BetterHelp I worked for Travis County completing mental health assessments and helping individuals that were incarcerated. I hope that my experience can serve and help you!
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gottman's Couples Therapy. My goal is to use the language and model that works best for you!
I feel it is important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable working with and I believe there is a match for everyone. Whether you choose to work with me or not, I hope you find help and the support you need.

Lindsey has done a great job of communicating with me. She makes time to follow up with me and has always been available when I need her. Thank you!
Lindsey is incredible. It has been such a calming and amazing process. It was scary to open up to my thoughts and life and share that with a stranger. She makes me feel very comfortable and makes it very easy to ask questions.
