About Me

Thank you for taking the first steps toward becoming the best version of yourself! I'm honored that you would consider me to assist you on this journey. With over ten years of clinical social work and behavioral health experience, I am passionate about inciting change in others and guiding them toward their answers. When working with adults, I address childhood traumas, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identifying triggers, and so much more. Marriage issues and post-partum depression are of particular interest to me, and I love to help families connect on deeper levels. With the arrival of Covid-19, I dedicated my time on the front lines to supporting clients through unprecedented mental stressors. I have worked in both residential and outpatient settings and now I own my own private practice. As a firm believer in the Christian Faith, I incorporate issues of the Spirit into my traditional clinical approaches. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) primarily, but I believe in meeting you where you are- I will adjust my approach based on your needs! Therapy is hard but SO worth it! You should come in ready for self-exploration and real change! I can’t wait to start working with you!

Even though we just met, she seems like a awesome person to talk to about anything you having trouble with
