Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Mental Health, from East Carolina University in 2006. I've been a practicing therapist working in Community Mental Health, the United States Air Force, Navy and other federal agencies.

I prefer to tailor my counseling approach to evidence-based treatments, matching treatment to client needs, while ensuring client readiness. I prefer to learn about where my clients are at using assessments to evaluate areas of strength and areas we can work on. Research shows, however, the most important aspect of counseling is the therapeutic relationship. Growth comes through relationship. Working together brings about growth in you and your counselor.
