About Me

My counseling style is empathetic and interactive and Christian based. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My model for helping others is Jesus. I am able to provide help and support to the Christian population. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, supportive and rational-emotive counseling with scriptural truths to match your unique and specific needs. I have years of Christian counseling experience both in my private practice and as the director of a church-affiliated counseling center. Christians are not perfect and are affected by the world we live in as anyone would be. But we have a source greater than the world to support and heal us. I enjoy and have had success working with couples, both married and pre-marital, individuals, and families struggling with a wide range of personal and spiritual issues.

Your first steps to getting the help you need and working to move forward with your life is a sign of courage that I respect and will work to build on.. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you as you seek to live an abundant life.

I look forward to getting to know you and helping you move forward!
