Name is Rhonda Oxley. I have worked as a licensed Professional Counselor for 7 years. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs. I work with children, teenagers adults and the elderly. I work with individuals who have cognitive disabilities. I have assisted clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks as well as abandonment issues, communication issues as well as anger management.
Our lives are like a large puzzle. We look at a puzzle and can be overwhelmed at where to start and also what fits together. I work with individuals in putting the pieces together so they have clarity and see the picture and how life can smoothly be put together.
I work with the cognitive behavioral approach. I want clients to know that I am here to work with them and focus on their mental health needs.
The decision to improve and learn about your mental health is a big step in the right direction. I look forward to working with you!
