About Me

My name is Rick Leone and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, death/grief issues and addiction. I am a Master Addiction Counselor. I also have a Master of Divinity degree and am able to provide Christian counseling for those who wish to pursue counseling from a faith perspective. I am powerfully positive, but empathetic to those who are not. I am faith-based and a strong believer in the power of prayer, encouraging the use of scripture as part of your treatment. I have been a committed Christian for over 30 years.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is eclectic tailoring our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs inviting Jesus into the healing process.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Richard Leone. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Faithful Counseling might be different.

I have been with a few counselors on Faithful and Richard is the best from what I have experienced. I was happy to have time with others to not make my assertion based on my only interaction being with Richard. I can say that from this experience I would highly recommend that one does not stop Faithful because of a disconnect with a counselor. Take time to shop around and find that authentic connection and you will feel you are growing because of it.
