About me
Hi there, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in young adults struggling with anxiety, depression as well as relationship issues. We all experience challenging times at one point or another but we don't have to do it alone. Therapy provides an unbiased perspective and encourages introspection using evidence-based practices.
My approach is person-centered and family systems oriented. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and my role is to provide support, whether you're looking to heal from trauma or find solutions to problems. I utilize CBT, DBT, somatic and narrative therapies in my work.
