Life is not static. It is dynamic and ever changing. And so, while we live our lives, we sometimes find ourselves facing a challenge, concern, or obstacle leaving us feeling lost. Thankfully unconditional positive support is out there. Not only from a professional but from God.
Research shows that those who embrace their religiosity and spirituality are better equipped with resilience, perseverance, and hopefulness when faced with times of trouble.
Although I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also just a regular person like you and have experienced my own share of troubled times. The loving support and role that God played in getting me on track during those times was completely transformative. Leaning on my faith, learning to "forget what lies behind and reaching forward for what lies ahead, I pressed on" ~ Philippians 3:13. The result was a renewed sense of gratitude and strength opening me up to allow God to guide me to this most meaningful and rewarding career. Becoming a counselor has given me the ability to share my God given gifts. My love of people, compassionate nature, and desire to empower others is my calling and I am privileged to walk alongside every person I meet dedicated to do my best to help.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and person centered. Meeting people where they are in their readiness for change is where we start. I believe that people are the experts in their own lives and my role is to walk alongside them facilitating insight for the changes they would like to make to live the life they imagine. Empowering people to tap into their strengths to overcome their obstacles sharing the tools that will help them to do so is key. Positive psychology (strength based), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT- addressing negative/distorted thoughts), Mindfulness, Transtheoretical Model (stages of change) and Solution Focused interventions are all those I use. I have experience working with anxiety, panic, social anxiety, depression, weight management, relationship issues, infidelity, divorce, parenting, and stress management.
If you are ready to allow a non-judgmental supportive resource to walk alongside you to overcome what's troubling you while also helping you to tap into your faith and spirituality, I am here to help.

After only a few weeks, she has already helping me refocus and learn about myself in ways I'd not thought about before.
I feel comfortable communicated with Tracey. I need to be more open and stop getting on wild rabbit tracks and keep on items we should talk about.
Tracey is a very perceptive and intuitive counselor. She has been a source of encouragement as well as wisdom and has been able to discern what my core issues are. I pray that God continues to bless her in her role!
Kind, caring and specific advice you can use to feel better.
Tracey is very compassionate and has a lot of feedback to give me. She does a good job in using both faith/prayer and science (cognitive behavior ) to help me through this difficult time.
Tracey is good at asking questions, listening, giving appropriate feedback and next steps to work on. I appreciate her evident heart for people, her timely feedback, and wisdom.
I really appreciate how Tracey has helped me. She helped me see my own strengths and understand that though I may have troubles in life, I don't have to carry all of those struggles alone. The first time I went to counseling (not with her or through this website) I felt like the concolor saw me as a puzzle to solve not so much as someone who has real feelings. I didn't feel this way for a second with Tracey. Thank you so much for your love Tracey! It has really mean so much to me! I feel like that sounds so stereotypical, but to me it is so much more.
Regardless of how anxious I have been about issues in my like Tracy listens and has alway beed able to find a bright side no matter how hard it was.
Tracey, seems to be able to get at the root of all of my rambling and provides good feedback for me to sit down with and reflect on.
